In the middle of the fields, the old farm of the domain welcomes you for a calm and peaceful stay in the heart of the Perigord Noir.
The Vidalie can be rented from April to November
In the commune of Thonac, 5 km from Montignac-Lascaux, La Vidalie is a beautiful hamlet typical of the Périgord in the park of the splendid castle of Losse.
The beautiful 17th century house comfortable and tastefully furnished, offers a pleasant stay and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Adjacent to the large kitchen, the dining room is extended by a covered terrace ,which will be perfect for your outdoor meals. The old bread oven houses the bicycles and various garden activities.
Above ground swimming pool (10m x 5m) at the exclusive disposal of the guests, as well as a canoe (Please note that the swimming pool is open between May and September depending on the weather).
This charming property located on the riverside is ideal to discover the many tourist sites of this superb region. Shops and essential services are accessible nearby (between Thonac and Montignac.)
In the heart of the Périgord Noir, you can also enjoy the great gastronomic richness of the region as well as its many outdoor activities: fishing, hiking, canoeing, horseback riding etc...
You will have free access to the park and we’re delighted to offer our guests a guided tour of the castle (on request and reservation).
DESCRIPTION
The Vidalie can accomodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, and offers direct access to the Vézère River, which flows just below the estate (fishing possible).
Rooms:
1 on the first floor that opens onto the garden,
3 on the second floor (including 1 « passage » room that leads to the second bedroom).
The house has 3 bathrooms: 2 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor.
